Using Sequence_Instance

I have a problem with my sequence logic in the game, I have some scenes where each one has the same objects and the same movements but the sprites are different, this happens when I call scene 01 and then I call scene 02, in the scene 02 the objects don't appear, I'm already debugging and the objects exist, I think it's a problem with my script because I don't destroy the last sequence on the same layer, please help me, I need to fix this.
