I'm trying to set up GMS2 in my school's lab computers (mac minis on sonoma) and I have a script that sets the shared folder permissions with chmod for the Users/Shared/GameMakerStudio2 and the cache folder. Last school year this script simply ran chmod -R 755 which gives read and execute to groups and "world".
