Git Bash giving a weird popup every time I edit something in gamemaker.

I have recently been trying to figure out Git (Git Bash) and GitHub. Everything has been working at first, but when I tried applying git to one of my actual projects (instead of a testing project) it started to give a strange popup every time I edit something in Gamemaker. And it even started doing that when I went back to the testing project. Git seems to still be working properly, but the popups are annoying.
