site admins cannot log into IDE ----- Why Not?

I get this error message when trying to make an executable. It says to log into Opera, which I already am. Then when I log in again, it says the above. What should I do????
is it not possible to make an executable LOCALLY? i just want to put it on another machine here, thx in advance!
