GM crushing

Today i checked to renew the license.
immediately after that, it closed.

now when ever i try to run GM i can see the third line (i think it is something like user processing, after checking network...)
and it just crashes again.

Tried to uninstall, deleting the temp directories, and re installing, but still doing the same.
Also tried as admin but same.
