Error trying to run games on ubuntu 24.10

I've just updated from ubuntu 23.04 to 24.10 and started having problems with the same gamemaker that I had installed there. The problem is that I need to run as root because of the rooted unshare environment. And yes I have already seen the solution on this link and does not work https://help.gamemaker.io/hc/en-us/articles/235186168-Setting-Up-For-Ubuntu. The problem is even more annoying because if I run GM on root it cannot play sounds.
