Cannot Compile With YYC (Previous IPDB not found, fall back to full compilation.)

Installed VS22 via the 'Setting Up For Windows' article.
Checked all the appropriate boxes.
Seems like it gets to the end of building, then this message is displayed:
'Previous IPDB not found, fall back to full compilation'

Anyone know why this is?
