Noob help needed (cant seem to use assets in project)

I used to use GamesMaker and by fluke I thought I would try it again.

I was really amazed how much it's changed and hence my Noob question.

I was going to start working on an RPG and I found some assets in the asset store, but after finding this one (https://marketplace.gamemaker.io/assets/322/isometric-mini-crusader) I am struggling to find out how to use it.

It seems to have imported, but is not available in the current project I am working on.
