Getting GMS2 VM to work in GMS2 Beta on Linux Mint

Hello, I was wondering if anyone got the GMS2 VM working on a Linux machine. I am using Linux Mint on one of my computers and I can get the GX.games GMS2 VM working just fine so I can continue working on my side project while testing GMS2 on Linux Mint.

I will provide more details as needed,just wondering if anyone else got it working and know a good troubleshooting tip.
