Cannot Create New Project From Start Page

Hello all, I've been using GameMaker 2 for quit some time now and I'm recently coming back to start a new project. When I the click the create icon the my window can't go to the bottom of the page to name and create the project. It's very possible I'm stupidly over looking something.
Edit:
I was just had to click the blank project
