Game lags without FPS drop - only in certain rooms - only if booted up from certain monitor

Hello,

My game is having some strange issues that I can't resolve. I get unplayable stuttering and lag (though no FPS drop) in certain rooms when I boot up the game under the following conditions:

• Using my laptop's integrated graphics card.
• Have my laptop unplugged from my main monitor.

Both of these have to be true for me to have the issue. If I swap graphics cards to my NVIDIA one, it works. Or if I swap to my main monitor, it works.
