Weird Dots

As I was getting done creating my Menu, I noticed that when I go into the settings it has a bunch of dots?? I have absolutely no idea where to even begin troubleshooting this issue, (not sure if you need the code so I added some screenshots of it.) The only part of the menu that is doing this is the settings (which is displayed in the photo) but the starting page works perfectly fine as far as not showing these little dots.
