Can't run debug/run due to visual studio path?

Haven't been working with my little project for a while, now I found debug/run no longer working due to a "Complie Error":

Configuration Problem : Windows Visual Studio Path needs to be set to point to Visual Studio (.bat) batch file.

What does it mean and what can I do? (Maybe I got it wrong but I don't think I have ever installed visual studio before, and I used to be able to test run my little project without toughing any of these configurations)
