I recently updated to GameMaker Beta v2024.400.0.516
When I played my game, all the sound effects were playing wrong. Sound effects all have an ID, right? I'm not sure if this is the case, but maybe all the IDs are offset, so whenever "Sound A" should be playing, it's actually "Sound B" that plays. It's as if the associated IDs are all scrambled or offset. I have opened up the sounds in the asset tree, and the correct sound is there, so in the asset tree "Sound A" does play "Sound A", but...
