So I tried using Textures_Global_Scale(2) and it seems like it is making some frames very blurred during the animation cycle. I also tried scaling down animation manually using image editor and it looks better and consistent. So my question is are these scaled down textures stored somewhere physically during the runtime? If yes, is there any way to replace them with better quality scaled down png files from some software like photoshop before they are loaded to vram? If none of that is...
