Gamemaker not installing and I'm confused

Hi there! I just downloaded GameMaker a couple hours ago and have been stuck on this screen with no progress in the top right where it says installing. I'm sure someone else has had this problem but I couldn't find any solutions that have worked. Any help? I am on a windows computer btw if that makes a difference
