room taking ages to load . help .?

I dont know how normal this is, but when i load up my game in GM, it takes ages ..[ 1min 3secs ] to be precise, now i know its my room thats causing the 'problem'
but is there a fix .? i wouldnt say my room is massive .. [ 4000 x 4000 ] , and not massively full of obj's,.. is there a common culprit i could work on .?

[btw, ive got quite a modern pc, new ssd, 4070 gfx .. ect ]
