PBL version issue when uploading to Play Console.

I am trying to upload my game to the Play store for internal testing, however after I upload my .aab file, I get the following error:

This app targets Android 14 or above, and your current Play Billing Library version doesn't support Android 14. To target the latest Android version, please update your PBL version to either 5.2.1, or 6.0.1 and above.

Android Studio: Electric Eel 2022.1.1 Patch 2
API: 34

Where and how do I change this...
