Build Error Exporting to Android

Soo, i'm already exported a game to android in my IDE, but now it are giving diferent errors, i exported before to android 26 i think but now it don't work, i tried android 33 etc but nothing(in the image shows API 33 but every other API don't work too).

Also my game maker is a bit old due to being LTS.
