Whats wrong with the marketplace

I dont like that i cant access the marketplace at all when I have VPN switched on.

I had a dev contact me on youtube saying he couldnt purchase my extension on the marketplace. I went to check and it seems like paid extensions / assets are not being displayed.

is there some known issues?
