Have my game ready, struggling to upload to GX

Game is complete and ready to go.

I have downloaded Gx and have a profile on GX as a user, is there something else I need to do to be able to start publishing games to gx?

When IN GM2 when I have GX selected for the build and try the guide to publishing games I get as far as GM saying

ERROR - Retrieving List of Games
Incorrect game data received from GXC.
