Steamworks games run at 30 fps when they can run at 60 easily.

This is happening on my laptop, on my laptop when I play Steamworks games like Pizza Tower (the only one I own) it runs at 60 fps for around 10 minutes then gets capped at 30 fps after that. Window size and vsync don't seem to affect it and it also happens with Most of the settings on my laptop are the default Windows 11 settings.
