Launching in Fullscreen Issue

I've been having issues with the setting "Start fullscreen" in the windows platform options. If i run the game with start in fullscreen enabled, then click a different window (like discord) while the game is building, the game launches and operates weirdly in a window. Is there anyway to force the computer to focus on the launched app to avoid this? I looked at the manual and couldn't find anything.

While it is in this weird windowed mode, the output constantly puts out
